There is a 5 day cooling off period should you change your mind about joining the VIP Buyers Group, and a full refund will be issued within 5 working days. DUPLEX INVEST does not provide any financial or accounting advice – always speak to your account or financial planner before making any financial decisions. The $5,000 holding deposit gives you access to the VIP Buyers Group for 12 months from the date of application. The $5,000 holding deposit will be used as the holding deposit on your first DUPLEX INVEST VIP Buyers Group – and will be subtracted from the land price on exchange / settlement. The $5,000 holding deposit will be forwarded to the selling agent or developers solicitors trust account by DUPLEX INVEST when you submit an EOI and is refundable back to the VIP Buyers Group should you not proceed to exchange. If you do not secure a DUPLEX Project in the 12 month period, the $5,000 will be forfeited and be taken as payment to DUPLEX INVEST. You have the ability to re-apply for the VIP Buyers Group again for an additional $5,000 for 12 months. I/We the buyer(s) understand that if for any reason should I/We secure land through DUPLEX INVEST but choose to sell the land or not to use a DUPLEX INVEST selected builder for any reason, a buyers agent fee of $30,000 + gst will be payable to DUPLEX INVEST to cover our time, research, building design and loss of opportunity.
